In the presence of Minister KTR and H.E. Dr. Ali Chegeni, Ambassador of Islamic Republic of Iran, an MoU was signed between State Archives & Research Institute, Govt of Telangana and Noor Microfilm International Centre, Iran Cultural House, Embassy of Iran in India, Delhi.
The MoU involves repair, conservation, digitalization & cataloguing of Urdu & Persian historical manuscripts which is a common heritage between India & Iran. This initiative will bring millions of documents to life & give future generations a glimpse of Telangana’s rich heritage.
The MoU ceremony was attended by Jayesh Ranjan, Principal Secretary of ITE&C, Dr. Zareena Parveen, Director of State Archives & Research Institute, Dr. Mehdi Khajeh Piri, Director, Noor International Microfilm Centre, and Dr E. Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, Special Secretary, Dept of Industries & Commerce.
తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర ఆర్కైవ్స్ మరియు పరిశోధనా సంస్థ, ఇరాన్ అంతర్జాతీయ సాంస్కృతిక కేంద్రానికి చెందిన నూర్ మైక్రోఫిల్మ్ కేంద్రం ఈరోజు మంత్రి శ్రీ కేటీఆర్, ఇస్లామిక్ రిపబ్లిక్ ఆఫ్ ఇరాన్ రాయబారి డాక్టర్ అలీ చెగేని సమక్షంలో చారిత్రక దస్తావేజుల పునరుద్ధరణకై అవగాహన ఒప్పందం కుదుర్చుకున్నాయి.
