Minister Sri KTR inaugurated the Qadir Ali Baig Theatre Festival 2021 at Mozamjahi Market in Hyderabad. Special CS Arvind Kumar, Principal Secretary Jayesh Ranjan, Padma Shri awardee Mohammad Ali Baig, and renowned ghazal and thumri singer Mala Bararia graced the occasion.
