-Minister stated that the majority of the land and ownership related issues in the rural areas have been resolved.

-The government will be issuing different color passbooks to agricultural and non-agricultural lands.

-It is estimated that there are around 24.5 lakh properties in Hyderabad. A few properties in these are entangled in ownership and other disputes.

-The government does not have any intention to collect any fee from people. The idea is to facilitate and address all ownership rights, said the Minister.

-Minister KTR stated that all the registrations in the State will take place through Dharani Website. During the next 15 days, the Minister asked all the elected public representatives to actively participate in the assets and property details uploading exercise in the Dharani portal.

-Minister appealed to the people asking them not to approach any agents for uploading the details of their assets and properties. The entire exercise will be done for free and people do not have to pay a single rupee, he said.

-After discussing all issues in the video conference, the Minister assured that if there is any need, the government is prepared to take more decisions in the cabinet, if need be.

-Minister stated that there shall not be any land and asset transaction issues in future. Efforts are on to work out a permanent solution, he added.

-Mayor Sri Bonthu Rammohan, MA&UD Principal Secretary Arvind Kumar, and District Collectors of Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy & Medchal Malkajgiri participated in the video conference.

– రాష్ట్రంలో భవిష్యత్తులో అన్ని రిజిస్ట్రేషన్లు ధరణి పోర్టల్ ఆధారంగానే జరుగుతాయి

– వ్యవసాయ మరియు వ్యవసాయేతర ఆస్తులకి ప్రత్యేకంగా రెండు వేరు వేరు రంగుల్లో పాస్ పుస్తకాలు ఇస్తాము

– ఇప్పటికే గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాల్లో దాదాపుగా భూ సమస్యలు తొలగిపోయాయి

– ప్రస్తుతం ప్రభుత్వం వ్యవసాయేతర ఆస్తుల సమస్యల పరిష్కారానికి ప్రయత్నం చేస్తుంది

– అందులో భాగంగానే ఈరోజు ఈ సమావేశం

– హైదరాబాద్ నగరంలో సుమారు 24 లక్షల 50 వేల ఆస్తులు ఉన్నట్లు అంచనా వున్నది

– ఇందులో వివిధ కారణాలతో కొన్ని ఆస్తుల హక్కులపై సమస్యలు ఉన్నాయి

– హైదరాబాద్ ప్రజలు నిశ్చింతగా వారి ఆస్తి హక్కులను పొందేలా, సమస్యలను పరిష్కరించేలా, పేద, మధ్యతరగతి ప్రజలకు వారి ఆస్తుల పట్ల హక్కులు కల్పించాలని ప్రయత్నం చేస్తున్నాము

– ప్రభుత్వానికి ప్రజల నుంచి అదనంగా డబ్బులు వసూలు చేయాలన్న ఆలోచన ఏమాత్రం లేదు

– కేవలం ప్రజలకు వారి ఆస్తుల పైన హక్కులు కల్పించాలన్న ప్రయత్నమే చేస్తున్నది

– ప్రస్తుతం జరుగుతున్న సమావేశంలో భాగంగా విస్తృతంగా చర్చించిన… తర్వాత అవసరమైతే క్యాబినెట్ ద్వారా ప్రత్యేక నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకునేందుకు కూడా సిద్ధంగా ఉన్నాము

– భవిష్యత్తులో హైదరాబాద్ లోని ఆస్తుల క్రయ విక్రయాల్లో ఇబ్బందులు లేకుండా చూడడం జరుగుతుంది.

– ఇందుకోసం శాశ్వత పరిష్కారం ఇచ్చేందుకు ప్రయత్నం చేస్తున్నాం

– రానున్న 15 రోజుల పాటు ధరణి పోర్టల్ లో ఆస్తుల నమోదు కార్యక్రమంలో ప్రజాప్రతినిధులంతా చురుగ్గా పాల్గొనాలి

– ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో ఎవరు కూడా దళారులను నమ్మవద్దని ఒక్కపైసా ఇవ్వవద్దని విజ్ఞప్తి చేస్తున్నాను.

– ఈ మొత్తం ప్రక్రియ పారదర్శకంగా, ఉచితంగా జరుగుతుందనే విషయాన్ని గుర్తుంచుకోవాలి.
